Governance & Vision

Founded the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation, and Multiple Disabilities. Served as Controller of Examinations at the Rehabilitation Council of India and Technical Officer for Mental Health at WHO's South-East Asia Regional Office, and represented the Government of India multiple times at the United Nations during disability rights convention development.

Chemical Engineering graduate (IIT Kharagpur) with an MBA in Marketing & Finance. Served as CEO/MD for 25 years across hardware, music, retail and power sectors — including 21 years as MD of CESC, a billion-dollar power company.

Founded Anudip Foundation in 2007. BTech (IIT Kharagpur), MSEE (USC). Currently founder & CEO at Vispala Technologies, developing assistive technology and prosthetics. Cisco Leadership Fellow and award recipient.
Day-to-Day Leadership

Philanthropic leader and strategist focused on the Human Transformation Model. Headed the South Asia region of The Princeton Review for 12 years. Adjudged one of India's top leaders in times of crisis by GreatPlaceToWork™ in 2021.

Specializes in social impact strategy, heading training and livelihood creation for differently-abled persons and trafficking survivors across AADI's programs.

Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost Accountant with 22+ years of experience in financial planning, auditing, compliance and strategic analysis across sectors.

Master's in Social Work (Visva Bharati University) with 16 years of developmental sector experience in slum development, women's empowerment and skilling for differently-abled youth.
